Caravan Park in Dorset
Wilksworth Farm Caravan Park is a picturesque and quiet holiday park in Dorset, close to the popular market town of Wimborne Minster. This pet-friendly park is the perfect place to head if you are looking for a relaxing holiday retreat away from it all, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The park is centred around Tudor Rose House, a 16th-century Grade II listed building which was once owned by King Henry VIII. This stunning 5-bedroom property is available to rent and sleeps up to 10 people for an unforgettable stay. Tudor Rose House is pet friendly and has its own private garden with a luxurious hot tub.
The site also welcomes guests with tents, touring caravans and motorhomes, with three types of pitch available to book, all of which come with an electric hookup. Pick from a grass pitch (up to 8 metres), a hardstanding pitch (up to 6 metres), or an executive hardstanding pitch (up to 8 metres) featuring a water tap and waste water drain. Pitch price includes up to 6 guests and each is suitable for one car and a tent, caravan, or motorhome with a standard awning. Shower and toilet blocks are provided, with free hairdryers, shaving points, and underfloor heating.
Wilksworth Caravan Park has a wide range of facilities available for the use of guests. A heated outdoor pool is open in the summer months, with an adjoining junior pool for young children. There's a football field and tennis courts (both full-size and junior) for active breaks, as well as table tennis, a play park for kids, and a dog exercise area if you've brought along the family pet. A well-stocked shop is open at reception for all your daily essentials.
Book a break in Tudor Rose House or pitch up here on your motorhome tours and camping and caravan holidays in Dorset and you'll be only a five-minute drive from Wimborne Minster, making it convenient for a meal out or a spot of shopping. The Minster itself is well worth some of your time, while the Wimborne Minster Model Town and Gardens are always an interesting day out.

The beautiful Cranborne Chase is close at hand, as is the lovely market town of Wimborne Minster.
Why not head to the coast? Both Poole and Bournemouth are about half an hour from Wilksworth Caravan Park by car. Poole Harbour is lovely, as are Bournemouth's beach and pier. Oceanarium, the Bournemouth aquarium, is a super day out for the whole family and the Bournemouth Balloon will give you fantastic views over the town and along the coast, weather permitting.
The New Forest is also easy to get to from this campsite – Lyndhurst, in the heart of this ancient forest, is only about a 40-minute drive from Wilksworth. Or how about a day out in Beaulieu? It's about an hour from this campsite and has an abbey and the famous motor museum. There are also lots of delightful country pubs where you can enjoy a fine local ale and many tearooms where you'll struggle to resist a cream tea. Then why not burn off a few of those calories with a walk through this pretty and pretty undisturbed part of England.

Park Reviews
Add A Reviewwe visited over may bank holiday weekend if I had wanted to be stuffed so tightly, I would approach John West for a place in a can of sardines. Come tuesday the park was empty - and fine - hot showers, good facilities -but avoid bank hols like the plague! dont like your score system as facilities great -5*, but overcrowding 1*

Stayed here many times with the family, and found it to always be very clean adn in a lovely location. Kids love the pool, and with the choice of statics or touring you get a range of holiday makers. On site facilities are excellent from barn style restaurant / cafe to freshly supplied croissants etc.
