Park Reviews
Add A ReviewWe were rather disappointed with this site: it seemed to us that the emphasis was more toward statics than the tourer. We were not shown to our pitch and there did not seem to be any enthusiasm on the part of the lady on reception. The park wasn't particularly well cares for with various piles of building materials and storage containers dotted about the place. The facilities building did not appear to undergo thorough cleaning during our stay of seven nights and was on the dingy side. After visiting some of the most excellent sites over the years we can fairly say that this is among the poorest.

found this hidden gem in our own county, so moved our caravan from storage in devon to permanent pitch in sandwich.. Best move we have made, we use the van every weekend now, the site is friendly, clean, tidy and a 5 min walk to the centre of beautiful sandwich town... Always look forward to Friday's to be back at sandwich leisure park .😄

A family owned commercial static and touring site with fully serviced pitches, some hard standing pitches, mainly of good size and level. When towing to and from site, best to avoid narrow streets in town by strictly following the camp site's directions on the web site. Very convenient location on the edge of the ancient medieval walled town but in the countryside, bordered by trees and a railway line. Modern amenities block, clean and well kept, adventure play area, WiFi, laundry area, dog walk on site. A short 10 minute walk to town with large supermarket, local shops, pubs, restaurants, chip shop and fast food. Boat trips from Water Front, buses and train station all close by. Ramsgate and Deal 10 miles. Canterbury and Dover 15 miles. Excellent for short breaks and longer stays and as a convenient base to explore the many local attractions.
