Waveney Valley Lakes is popular with keen anglers, and although the site is open to non-owners to visit for a day of fishing, those staying at the site will be given priority. Later the lakes were stocked with carp, tench and bream, and the holiday park followed in the 1960s. Lakes always attract wildlife, and in this area you may spot kingfishers, herons, ducks, coots, grebes, owls, red shank and snipe, sparrow hawks, honey buzzards, the red footed falcon, firecrest and at least two species of bats.Â

The park is perfectly situated to allow families to enjoy the beauty of East Anglia, no matter what they wish to do.
