Site has deteriorated since spreyer brothers ownership. The prettiest site on isle of sheppey now has a terrible reputation and management. I would not recommend anyone purchase a caravan on warden springs

lane - 17th September 2019

I brought a caravan on this park recently. I am shocked by the bad reviews, as it is so quiet and pleasant place to stay. I have had the total opposite experience with staff who have been friendly and helpful. Also everyone on the site or beach seem to be friendly and plenty of hello’s and good mornings exchanged which makes a change from the unsocial city lot. Lovely views and plenty to explore with a beach only mins walk away and woodland walk great for all the family. Pros: Heated swimming pool and arcade. Small play park and sports pitch. Amazing sea views. Wild life rabbits and hedgehog spotted around caravans. Cons: Closest shop to drive to is 2 miles. However, if you walk through the woods or from the beach there are local shops 10 mins away and a Chinese restaurant.

Kemzy - 22nd July 2017

Oh My Days, what an awful, horrible place. The site itself is dirty. The entertainment complex is just as bad. Some of the staff could do with a good clean too. The toilets leak everywhere. I was served mouldy food and when I complained I got the dirtiest look ever. Security is non existent, as is the entertainment team for the children during the day, and the park / play area is a danger for the children. Having 2 children I look for a holiday where my children will be safe and enjoy themselves. Warden Springs IS NOT this place. It needs a major revamp and someone who actually cares about the park to put some TLC into it. Until this happens I would NOT recommend that you go here.

Beautiful park, very close to the seaside and amusements (15 min walk) has everything you need on park, little shop, amusements bar etc. children love it a small and friendly park. vans all clean and you get a call the next day to see if everything is ok. security very good always touring around. used to sun holiday booking last year. will use again this year but will have an addition week in the 6 weeks.
