Park Description
Seaview Holiday Park is a Haven resort found close to the popular seaside town of Weymouth, on the south coast of England. As well as offering a range of static holiday homes for hire, Seaview Holiday Park welcomes guests with touring caravans, motorhomes, and tents, with 87 pitches available.
The touring area at Seaview Holiday Park offers flat pitches, sloping pitches offering great views of the sea, and terraced pitches. Grass and hard standing pitches are available, with reinforced grass areas for awnings coming with many of the touring and motorhome pitches at Seaview. Several of the pitches offer electric hook ups to guests, while additional facilities available include heated toilet and shower blocks, a laundrette, and a dishwashing area. Wi-Fi internet is also available for guests to use if they wish.
A wide-ranging selection of activities is on offer at Seaview Holiday Park to ensure that your whole family is entertained from dawn until dusk. As well as offering indoor and outdoor swimming pools, facilities in the park’s water centres include fountains, waterfalls, splash slides, and much more, ensuring there’s water-based fun available for people of all ages. As well as being open for guests to enjoy as they wish throughout their stay, a number of organised water activities also take place throughout the day.
The sporting activities offered at Seaview are fun and diverse. The sports field is where it all happens, with football and cricket often seen being played on a daily basis, while fencing and archery are always popular, especially with so many guests having never tried them before! Anyone looking for something more traditional during their caravan holidays in Dorset can find arcade-style amusements and a bowling alley.
Seaview understands that parents often need a break, too, and the on-site children’s clubs are excellent for giving grown-ups a few hours to themselves. Clubs are available for kids of all ages from toddlers up to late teens, and activities include sporting pursuits, arts and crafts, and drama. If the kids still aren’t tired out, the amazing adventure playground is at hand to sap any remaining energy reserves.
There are plenty of places to eat and drink at Haven's Seaview Holiday Park, with a café bar and grill as well as a Papa John’s pizza outlet found at the site. A SPAR convenience store, stocking essential groceries as well as freshly baked goods each day, is on hand for everyone wanting to buy picnic supplies for the beach and food to cook in their own accommodation.
After a busy day's activities on site, there is nothing better than relaxing with the evening entertainment offered at Seaview Holiday Park. Themed evenings, quizzes, karaoke, dance competitions and much more happen as part of the entertainment program, which is tailored to the season and the time of year.
Away from the park, holidaymakers love visiting Weymouth and heading to the Purbeck Heritage Coast and the Dorset Jurassic Coast, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Poole and Bournemouth during your caravan holidays in Dorset, both of which are also close by. Take ferry trips from various towns across to the Isle of Wight, or the Channel Islands. From here you could also take ferries to France.
Seaview Holiday Park is a great place for your family holidays, because there's always plenty for all ages to do on-site and in the surrounding area.
