Those preferring the world-famous venues can drive north across the Tay and discover Carnoustie - it is about an hour from this caravan park by car.
The city of Dundee is also found across the Tay, about 50 minutes from this site, while a shorter, 40-minute drive south along the coast will take you to the popular coastal town of Kirkcaldy.
