Park Description
This aptly named Seaward Caravan Park does in fact look seawards over the beautiful River Dee. The Park offers spectacular views over the estuary, looking out towards Ross Island Lighthouse and beyond to the Irish Sea.
The setting of this small exclusive park is idyllic and this makes it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. It is beautifully set out and landscaped and exceptionally well maintained.
Just a quarter of a mile away there is a wonderful sandy beach at "The Dhoon". Adjoining the beach is a large, flat grassy area which is ideal for ball games and has picnic tables overlooking the estuary.
There are also plenty of museums, castles, gardens, art galleries, farms, potteries in Dumfries and Galloway.
