Add A ReviewSo i came here all last year... booked in feb 2019 for a stay in april 2019... appon arrival was told it wasnt 25 a night no more which should of been stated on booking its now 27 a night with no awning and an extra 3 quid a night for an awinig in total 2 nights cost 60 pound.. looked at better sites that cost less.... and most sites only charge 1 pound a night for an awning wont be back found better for 25 a night

This park is absolutely brilliant. Visited with two young children who have asked to go back every day since leaving. Three play parks and the touring site is quiet enough for them to play on bikes answer scooters freely and safely. Wash facilities are amazing. Better than I have at home. Nice little dog walking area. Entire site it kept immaculate with every caravan owner taking pride in their pitch. Will definitely be back. Loved it!

Had been here various times for weekends. Site is kept spotless. Staff very nice. The touring area is perfect for young families as the park is in the centre and seen from every pitch. Lovely views of the Mournes and it's a handly location for exploring. However, the prices have been climbing every year and to have to pay for showers on top of that takes the edge of our enjoyment.

A very clean site, safe for kiddies esp toddler as there is a small central park where tourers are sited. A larger play park is close by for older kiddies, toilet and shower facilities first class, however £1 to use shower. would recommend Murlough Cottage Caravan Park, Newcastle, County Down, Northern Ireland

The owners were very friendly in all communicatioin, the touring site is hidden right at the back of the park with good toilet/shower facility. There is also a very safe pay area located in the middle of the touring caravans. The only issue was that the awning sites are on gravel which is a nightmare to put up and get the pegs to stay in the ground. Oh and you had to pay £1 per shower! but apart from that the site is fab! We started with a Touring at Easter 2006 & by August we had purchased a Static, mainly because myself, husband and children loved the site and we were made very welcome by everyone. There are 3 Parks, a football pitch, crazy golf, sand pits and a newly opened function room, which holds events throughout the season catering for everyones needs especially the children. The views of the Mournes from the site are spectacular and I would recommend anyone with a Tourer or Motorhome to come along and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

This site was a magnificient 'find' last year.....really friendly manner by the owners both on the phone and in person. The site is predominately statics...but it is really well laid out and maintained. We were really surprised at just how neat and tidy the whole site was...very easy on the eye. The touring park is almost brand new and if you manage to get a pitch looking towrads the Mournes....well...just magic ! Field for the kids to play ball i they wish....playpark areas for the younger ones...entertainment throughout the season...well worth a visit without question.
