In my opinion the best campsite in Dorset by a mile. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are very helpful indeed.
However it is the location which has really sold this park to me. My wife and I love walking and being able to access the South West Coast Path so easily was a real draw for us. We were able to walk a great deal of the Jurassic Coast and then hop on the bus to take us back to the lovely fishing village of West Bay which is just a short distance from Highlands End. Our dog certaining slept well during our stay!
Keep up the good work Highlands End - we will be back for sure.

Have just returned from a weeks stay at this site. We arrived and chose a pitch, not too far from one of the two toilet blocks. (Showers were a good size, big enough to have a dry area with hooks, as well as the shower area). Pitches were a good size, allowing for an awning, and an outside sitting area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant were excellent. A good varied menu, and up to five 'specials' displayed daily, and unlike many site restaurants, the specials changed periodically. The food was excellent and ensured that we ate there every evening. The bar provided Karaoke, live entertainment and family discos, but were not so noisy that you could not hold a conversation. The site became very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful end to the day. A site that we will definitely visit in the future.
