Park Description

Welcome to Seaview Gorran Haven.

Quiet, laid-back luxury set against a showstopping coastal backdrop makes this secluded Cornish outpost a haven for those looking to be swept away from the bustle of everyday life.

Our award-winning, five-star Park offers holiday home living with a difference. Spectacular ocean views and superior facilities set us apart. Choose from a carefully selected range of lodges, each brilliantly designed, and fully furnished with premium fixtures and fittings, finished to an exceptional standard – your perfect seaside bolthole awaits.

Seaview inspires a different pace of life. Wake up to the gentle sound of birdsong, tuck into a lazy breakfast on your sun-drenched decking, then either wander across to the beautiful outdoor heated pool (warmed to a welcoming 29 degrees) or make the short but scenic stroll down towards Hemmick beach for a calm dip.

Known for its dramatic landscapes and proud heritage, and blessed with a mild year-round climate, Cornwall isn’t just a destination for the summer months. Charming fishing villages, secluded golden beaches, renowned foodie hotspots, and the world-famous Eden Project are perfect for those seeking tranquility and a slice of Cornish culture, whilst bracing cliff-top hikes, surfing havens, and high-octane sports satisfy the more adventurous-spirited.

When you’re back from exploring, arm yourself with a blanket and your favourite tipple, and admire the view from the Park as the sun sets over the sea – the perfect way to end the day.

Things to Do in Cornwall

  • Caerhays Castle - famous for the many varieties of camellias raised at the gardens, open for several weeks during the spring.
  • St. Mawes - on the western edge of the Roseland Peninsula, and famed for its clover leave shaped castle built by Henry VIII, it's a hub for coastal walks, sailing, and other water sports. A regular passenger ferry service connects it to Falmouth.
  • Mevagissey - boasting a beautiful double harbour with superb views along the coast, picturesque streets, and unique cafes and sops. Look out for the museum and aquarium, or take a fishing trip for mackerel.
  • Charlestown - a Georgian village celebrated for its unique harbour, now home to Square Sail, a fleet of historic sailing vessels.
  • The Eden Project - known as the Eighth Wonder of the World, explore this phenomenal indoor rainforest, which houses exhibitions, workshops, and even concerts in the outdoor amphitheatre.
