Add A ReviewAnother good visit & looking forward to our return in a few weeks lovely quiet park close to Blackpool but not too close, caravans are of a high standard & very clean & well equip ed. We mainly go for our dog who loves it there & the staff \ owners are always friendly & helpful. We have had day visitors in the past who are welcomed also, so do go

Reply to Mr Towlie from Poulton Plaiz Park:- We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay here. The pre authorisation taken on cards are cancelled as soon as you depart. The money is not held by us, the customer's own bank holds this money, unfortunately some banks hold this longer than others. We apologise for not having sausages that are not normally included in the breakfast pack, the new employee has been informed. The Wi-Fi is free, the wi-fi instructions are in the lodges, these inform customers how to bypass the £10 charge. All our staff are trained to be helpful and respectful to all customers.

Unfortunately after my visit i should strongly recommend people NOT to stay at Poulton Plaiz mainly due to the owners and people on reception who are not only really good at providing their customers with lies, but also extremely rude.! First of all i will state that although i was told when i paid my £100 deposit that on departure i would get this back instantly... Well they kept my money for 7 days which completely ruined my next week as i needed this money... MY MONEY.! I paid £18 for a breakfast and was told i would get sausages in the pack which is great as i dont like bacon... But when we arrived there was no Sausages. So when i rang reception to quiz where the sausages were i was simply told "we never provide sausages so not sure why you think you would get these" I thought id get them because you told me id get them.! I was told there was wifi for free and all codes would be in the lodge... When i arrived there were no codes so i had to ring reception and be diverted to the managers mobile and wait half an hour for a call back. Finally i got the call and did as she instructed and got charged £10 for wifi. The lodge itself was nice... But the service and completely backwards mungrals who run it ruined it for me and i will never return.!

A lovely quiet park surrounded by fields. Perfect for families or couples wanting to visit Blackpool but stay in a more peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. We stayed in a brand new lodge on a new development - this was by far the nicest we've seen before and we've stayed in a lot of static homes and lodges before. The lodge was modern, spacious and clean with a great kitchen, plasma TV and parking next to the lodge. The staff were very friendly and told us exactly how to get into Blackpool and the best places to go. There's also fishing on site although we didn't have time to try it out. Have already booked again for the summer - would definitely recommend! Poulton Plaiz Holiday Park

Nice clean park close to the town for a good night out and some good shopping but not much for the kids to do. there is fishing on site with a small pond but not much fish, enjoyed it for a weekend would go again.
