Park Reviews
Add A ReviewQuite a picturesque site with good facilities but dear oh dear!! The TV reception was abissmal. There was no mention at all of the bad signal in any of the site information. As a member of the caravan club I am used to seeing this info in the site details. Also having booked a premium multi service pitch I wrongly assumed that a TV hook up point would be included. Enquiries from the site wardens revealed that there used to be TV hook ups on these pitches but they were removed. As the weather was so bad (constant rain) tv would have been good but alas. Another point is that I wrongly assumed that a premium hard standing pitch would be what I was used to ie. Tarmac or hard road to the pitch and then onto the pitch. In the case of this caravan site it was tarmac road then into a grass paddock (very wet and muddy especially at the entrance) across the paddock and onto the hard standing. Ok in fine weather but not good in such appalling conditions. Toilet and washroom facilities were satisfactory. Staff friendly enough

I stayed at Hurley Riverside Park for three weeks back in March. The park is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The wardens are friendly and very helpful - I was always greeted with a smile. The caravan was lovely - cleaned once a week, with fresh linen etc... and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and more !!!! The location is superb, very close to Henley, Reading and Maidenhead and a stones throw away from the A404. Hurley village is walkable with two great pubs and although there isnt a local shop in the Village, the park has a very small shop with all the basics and you can request a paper of you choice the day before!! I would recommend this park for a family or a couple who would like a break away!!

This park it very clean tidy and peaceful. We stayed in one of their new Holiday Homes and they are very comfortable. Weather dipped below freezing at night and this did make things a bit cold but not uncomfortable. Wardens are friendly, helpful and honest. Village is very small but both pubs are brilliant and unique in their own way. Red Lion on the way in is also nice. Henley is nice little town and you can get to Reading in about 20 minutes with lots of country pubs on the way! Highly recommend this site to all who want nice walks, country side, pubs and Caravan Sites.
