A warm welcome awaits you at The Old Brick Kilns, a campsite in North Norfolk, just 8 miles from the coast. Sitting a short distance off the A148 that runs between Holt and Fakenham, it is well connected and the perfect base from which to explore the area. It is an award-winning caravan and camping park and is proud to have been regional winner of the Top 100 Sites Guide in 2017 and 2018. Our 5 star facilities make it popular with all visitors who return year after year. Set in 13 acres of picturesque Norfolk countryside, the park is set on three levels and has a spacious, rural feel to it. There are 60 all-weather, hardstanding servied pitches and also five premier pitches in an area of the campsite that is also a Caravan Club Certificated Location. The pathways around the park are suitable for wheelchair users, so access is good for those who are disabled (we have disabled washroom facilities too). The washroom areas have underfloor heating, showers, wash basins, hand and hair dryers and toilets. In the ladies' facilities you will also find a baby changing area and a baby bath; the male areas have razor points. . There is plenty to keep you busy during your time at The Old Brick Kilns. We have a TV room, table tennis, a pool table, a fenced children's play area, a family games area and even a giant chess set. You can enjoy good food and a drink in Barney's Restaurant & Bar (open Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun) and there is Wifi across the site. In addition, we have a small fishing lake stocked with carp, bream, rudd and tench; £3/day; £7/3 days £15/week. We are also proud of our landscaped garden and wild flower areas and our bird hide where you can view a great variety of visiting birds. For those who prefer a few home comforts, we also have B&B rooms available (1x Twin, 1x Double, 1x Single), all with en-suite facilities as well as a one-bedroomed cottage on the park; We also have 3 other cottages that sleep 6 & 4, ideal for extended family visits (within 100m). While there is much to do at The Old Brick Kilns itself, the surrounding area offers a huge variety of things to do Within 35 minutes, you have some of the best beaches in the country, a racecourse, National Trust properties, Pensthorpe Natural Park, RSPB nature reserves, beautiful coastal towns and villages, the Norfolk Broads, steam railway and so much more. We also have the world's largest collection of steam engines and organs at the Thursford Collection, and the biggest Christmas Show in the country just 10 minutes from the site.
