Park Description

Enjoy stunning, memorable views from Nash Mountain Farm in Pembrokeshire, a small but perfectly formed campsite where you can really get away from it all on your camping, motorhome and caravan holidays. A dog friendly campsite on a working farm, some of the grassy pitches at Nash Mountain Farm have electric hook-ups. This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certified Site (CS). A CS is a small and privately run site that can accommodate up to five motorhomes or caravans at a time, plus up to 10 trailer tents or tents. Some Certified Sites are very basic, but there are a number of handy facilities available at Nash Mountain Farm. Here you will find a toilet, a shower, sinks and shaver points. Drinking water hoses are available, too. It really is a beautiful campsite with glorious views - and these can also be enjoyed from one of the two holiday homes you'll find on site. There are two four-berth static caravans, but with the double sofa bed you can even sleep up to six people. Each caravan has a lounge/dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an enclosed garden. And as these static caravans have double glazing and central heating, they're available for hire all year round. Dogs are welcome. Please note that no unit over five metres wide is allowed at this Certified Site, and that payment for your stay is on arrival and is by cash only. Tucked away in this corner of Pembrokeshire, Nash Mountain Farm is well placed for exploring the local area on your camping, motorhome and caravan holidays in Wales. It's a 15- or 20-minute drive from Haverfordwest, the county town of Pembrokeshire, and also 15 or 20 minutes from Milford Haven. Both these towns have sufficient shops to top up your holiday supplies, as well as eateries to keep you well fed. Or you could take a drive over the Cleddau Bridge to Pembroke. The town is only about seven miles from Nash Mountain Farm CS. When here you can visit the medieval Pembroke Castle, which stands beside the River Cleddau. You could also delve into the 2000-year history at Carew Castle, about 10 miles or a 20-minute drive from this campsite. South west Wales is a region of impressive scenery and if you're into walking holidays, that's a great way to see the area at your own pace. Why not follow the Pembrokeshire Coast National Trail? It will provide over 180 miles of walking pleasure with amazing views. Take in beaches, coves, cliff tops, estuaries and more on your walks. Note that most of this National Trail is for walkers only, not those on horseback or on bicycles, although some stretches have cycleways. Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is north of this campsite and covers an area that takes you up to the north Wales coast. One of three National Parks in Wales, it is famous for its spectacular coastline - something you will want to see for yourself on your camping, motorhome and caravan holidays in Wales.

If you are after discos, karaoke and swimming pools this is not the site for you. However, peace, quiet and the best views of unbroken countryside awaits. The view with the Presellii mountains is breathtaking. Although there is a kennels here do not worry, completely soundproofed , easy towing access and 3 fields away from a quiet road. One loo and one shower room, lots of lovely hot water. The owners are lovely too. Nothing bad to say about one of the best sites we have been to.
