Park Reviews
Add A ReviewA great quality small park in a lovely rural location. We got a good welcome at reception and were patiently shown to our tent pitch by Nick. All pitches are level and in pleasant surroundings with plenty of trees dotted about. The shower and toilet block is a very good condition and has lovely modern shower cubicles. The dish washing area is convenient for the touring pitches, under cover and well lit. All the facilities were kept spotlessly clean while we were there. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on site over the weekend, they even found us a barbecue to use one evening. The pools is very nice, there are no lifeguards, so under 15s need to be supervised. Bike hire is available on site to use on camp, or on the nearby Pentewan Valley Trail/Cycleway. This has links through into "Clay Country" and the Eden Project for the more adventurous. The park has an abundance of wildlife - rabbits are all about in the evenings and you hear lots of owls hooting in the evenings. I'd really recommend this park for families and anyone who likes a quiet park. Sun Valley Holiday Park, St Austell, Cornwall
