Directions
From Rhyl A548: After Crossing over the Iron Bridge with the harbour on your right, proceed through Kinmel Bay traffic lights, following the main road for approximately 300 yards, turn right at bollards at the foot of the stone bridge, then immediate left along the lane between the side of the bridge and the corner store. From Abergele and Towyn: Drive through Towyn crossing a set of traffic lights, on your right you will pass Tir Prince Market/Horse Racing Track and a Funfair, continue forward over a bridge, as you drive over the bridge look left and you will see Golden Sands. At the bottom of the bridge you take your first left and then immediately take another left into our entrance. Be careful as this turning is very tight.
Park Reviews
Add A ReviewMyself and my family stayed at golden sands last weekend. I haven't been for a number of years so was pleasantly suprised when we arrived and saw all the upgrades thay had done on the facilities and how clean and tidy the park itself is. Our caravan was spotless and really spacious. We had booked one with heating but the weather was lovely so it wasn't needed in the end. The kids really enjoyed the kids disco and daytime activities the gold stars do a really great job overall a fab mini break and we will be going back next year :)

Stayed at the park with my wife, 2 kids, in laws and 2 nieces. I was a bit worried at first about us all being in the same caravan at first, but the van we had was really nice and spacious, had everything we needed and two toilets so there was never a queue! The beach is massive when the tide is out and on the doorstop, so great to go for a walk or play with the kids. Swimming pool is great and on the sunday they had a "fun day", so free bouncy castles for the kids plus a BBQ. Entertainment was great, my son loved it when they pulled me up on stage with him and he was especially happy when we won the competition! Great location, lots to do in the area too, all in all a great family holiday! Thanks Golden Sands!

Clean and tidy park in day, first night ok, second night drunks near caravan swearing and shouting scared my young children, woke up to find our car had been keyed, very large scratch, asked at reception told nothing they could do as caravan site was also a public right of way, went home early, disgusted.

Simply stunning park, clean and safe for the family, loved the new club and other new stuff, cant fault it. Best park by far in that area and the staff are just so friendly, the kids loved being right on the beach. Golden Sands Holiday Park, Rhyll, Wales
