Directions
Twin Rivers is situated 16 miles west of Welshpool along the A458. Follow the A458 until you reach a small village called Foel. If you are travelling from Welshpool it is the last turning on your left as you leave the village. From the Dolgellau/Machynlleth direction, we are the first turing on your right as you enter the village. Follow the lane and take the first left which is signposted for the holiday park.
Park Reviews
Add A ReviewMyself, mom, gran and two children 10 and 2 visited yesterday. I would just like to say, the staff (Samantha) was very informative, knowledgable and polite. I holidayed with my brother and all my cousins as a child and have fond memories. The park has changed dramatically, however it was as relax and welcoming as I remember it to as! I felt minimal risk to my children as they would be under mine or my husbands watch at all times! even tho essential maintains it been completed. I have read some of the reviews on here and quite frankly shocked! Myself and mom are purchasing a holiday here.. We cannot wait! The Davies and Richards family

having read some of the previous negative reveiews regarding this loveley site, i can only assume they are/were at best someones idea of a slur campaign... my family and i stayed at this site in july last year and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.The owner, and receptionist were both very friendly, and well in formed when it came to local knowledge, and places to visit near by. The site was immaculate, as was the static home we stayed in. The other folks on site, all seemed very pleasant, and were indeed very friendly and helpfull. The outdoor pool was an absolute godsend when it came to entertaining our 2 kids, who loved it, as much as we did. Our family will definately be rebooking again for this year, and look forward to meeting some of the friends we made on site during our last stay. My family would definateley recommend this site to any family looking for a relaxed, peacefull, break away.

Avoid like the plague. A horrible place owned by a horrible person. Beware for your own, and your children's sake. Will take your money and treat you poorly. People who've had statics there are leaving in droves, when they're allowed to.

The site is great for all ages. To reach the site it takes 1.30hrs from the Wolverhampton area, however once at the site, the seaside is only between 40 and 1.15hrs away dependening on where you are going. The site is quiet despite having a clubhouse on site. The site also houses a outdoor heated swimming pool which is free for all, a football pitch, bowling green, tennis courts and putting green and also a river that you can follow. The nearest pub is about 5 minutes away in the car or about a 30min stroll down the back country lanes. (This I have done many times). There is lots of hill walking to be done across the fields, over the mountains and back again. Falling you can just sit outside your caravan chilling and relaxing. I holidayed on this site with my parents upon growing up and only just last year bought my van on the site. I hope my children enjoy the time down here that i did Twin Rivers Caravan Park, Welshpool, Powys, Wales
