The campsite has also won a Gold David Bellamy Award for Conservation and a Green Dragon Award for the Environment, as well as receiving a four-star rating from the Wales Tourist Board.

Elsewhere, dogs are allowed at this campsite, so long as they are kept on a short lead - owners must clean up after their dogs, too.
There is free hot water in the two clean and tidy washrooms complete with underfloor heating. The male and female wash blocks have shaver points and coin-operated hairdryers, and there is a mother and baby room in the female block. Dishwashing facilities and free freezers for ice blocks and food storage are available, too.
The owners pride themselves on the campsite's low impact on the environment. The buildings are fitted with low-energy lighting, the heating is solar-powered and guests are asked to use the campsite's recycling facilities.
There is a children's play area as well as a large area dedicated to ball games. There is also some storage space for boats.
A post office and general store are about 10 minutes from the campsite by foot, while the park also has good public transport links, great if you want to leave your car and caravan or motorhome on site and head off exploring. You might also want to go to the market - there is one every Thursday and Saturday in Llangefni, which is about a 30-minute drive from the campsite.
Camping, motorhome and caravan holidays in Wales have been popular for a long time, and you can use Kingsbridge as your base for your Welsh adventure. The South Stack Cliffs RSPB Reserve sits on Holy Island, on the Isle of Anglesey's north west coast, and while you're there, you can visit South Stack Lighthouse.
