As well as offering holiday cottages, static caravans for hire and for sale, and a holiday flat, Well Park welcomes guests with touring caravans, motorhomes, and tents onto the site. Electric hook ups are available for most of the pitches at Well Park, with some of these also having television hook ups, while hard standing super pitches also offering water, drainage, and television hook ups are also offered. Additional facilities offered at the park include toilet and shower blocks, dishwashing facilities, and chemical disposal points, while Calor Gas and Camping Gaz are both available from the park reception. There is no shop or restaurant found on the site itself, but you will find these a short distance from the park, so you will have no trouble finding good places to eat and drink as well as shops where you can stock up on groceries and other essentials during your holidays here. There is a bar on site where you can enjoy a drink and watch TV or enjoy a game of pool, while there is also a separate games room found on the site, ideal for family entertainment. During the day children can enjoy the play area found on the park, which features swings and a sandpit. The entire park has been beautifully landscaped to ensure that guests enjoy their surroundings, while manicured gardens, flower beds, rockeries, and even a fish pond offering a great place to start exploring this part of Wales. There is plenty to do in the area surrounding Well Park, with a number of amazing beaches found just a short walk away, perfect for paddling, swimming, fishing, and rock pooling, while depending on the weather conditions pursuits such as windsurfing may also be available. Those looking to relax and simply explore the surroundings will find miles of potential routes for walking and cycling, while many locations in the area offer pony trekking and various other pursuits including climbing and abseiling. Warren Farm Holiday Centre has designated areas for static caravan hire, seasonal caravan pitches and touring and camping holidays. The touring and camping fields are designated as either dog-friendly or no pets allowed, according to your preference. There is also a choice of main site area (closer to the clubhouse and indoor Play Barn) or Sunnyside, which is a 10 minute walk from the main complex and is generally quieter in low season with picturesque views of the countryside. Hardstanding pitches and electric hook-ups are available at Warren Farm Holiday Centre, for a small additional cost per night. Wifi is also available around the park. Each of the fields has its own amenities block, complete with toilets, basins, showers and a laundrette. Most areas also have their own children's playground, with some pitches having clear views of these, enabling parents to relax at their caravan, motorhome or tent while the kids play. There is lots to do on-site at Warren Farm Holiday Centre. For children, away from the playgrounds there is an amusement arcade - The Play Barn - and a free indoor soft play area for the little ones. Pets Corner is always popular with animal-lovers, here you can hold a guinea pig and meet the donkey. The Games Field is suitable for football, volleyball and basketball, plus there's an adventure play trail and zip line too. Keen anglers can usually be found spending time at the campsite's vast fishing lake. And as this is a large campsite, there are plenty of walking and cycling routes that can be enjoyed without needing to venture too far away. The on-site restaurant and bar, The Beachcomber, serves a great range of food all day from 12 noon onwards. The large menu choice includes pub favourites, pizzas, burgers and children's meals, and on busy nights a late night food menu is available after 10pm. The Beachcomber has a brilliant reputation for Sunday carvery and there is a takeaway carvery option. The Beachcomber is also the venue for the park's evening entertainment. There is a Children's Room as well as a Cabaret Bar, providing entertainment for all ages including fantastic live bands, tribute shows and comedy acts. Guests wanting to eat in the privacy of their own tent, caravan or motorhome can enjoy fish and chips or a Chinese takeaway on the site, while there are also some convenience stores selling grocery essentials, as well as caravan and camping accessories, so you don't need to leave the site to keep your supplies topped up. Warren Farm Holiday Centre is close to an array of local activities, with Brean boasting a theme park and a splash water park, as well as an indoor play centre. Weston-super-Mare is about a 20 minute drive away, while Burnham-on-Sea is a 10-15 minute drive away. For a day out, the magnificent Cheddar Gorge is about a 30-40 minute drive from this campsite in the Mendip Hills area of outstanding natural beauty. In addition, Wookey Hole Caves is about 45 minutes away by car, while the fascinating cathedral city of Wells is also under an hour's drive from Warren Farm Holiday Centre.
